Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience installing energy-efficient windows and doors
  • Home remodeling experience
  • You must have your own reliable transportation and insurance
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • You must have your own crew, tools and equipment
  • Flexible schedule and must be flexible
  • Working knowledge of all necessary tools: power and non-power tools
  • Must be able to communicate effectively
  • Self-motivated with time and work process
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Quality First Home Improvement, Inc. is GAF #1 roofer in the greater northern California and northern Nevada markets. We are an industry leader. We service the greater Concord, greater San Jose, greater Sacramento and northern Nevada areas. The owners have over 100 years of experience. We install news roofs — no repairs.

Immediate Opening For multiple Roofers!

Job Responsibilities

  • Previous experience in roofing
  • Install roofs using all materials
  • Ensure job site is clean once installation is complete
  • Other responsibilities assigned as needed

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience with handheld and power tools
  • Experience working with all types of building materials
  • Must be able to climb ladders and stairs, comfortable lifting 50+ pounds repetitively
  • Must be able to work long hours on your feet for long periods
  • Ability to work in extreme environments
  • Must have own tools
  • Must have own reliable transportation
